Wednesday, February 5, 6:30 p.m., St. Francis Chapel

Centering prayer is an ancient practice of stillness and silence. Participants are invited to choose a word which is holy to them and sit for a short period of silence to meditate on that word. The intention is to quiet the mind and become aware of God’s presence. It’s a way of spending a little bit of time in God’s company. We will create this quiet space for rest and renewal after our weekly Community Dinner on Wednesday, February 5th.
