Following the Erev Thanksgiving service on Sunday, November 19, we’ll enjoy an Oneg (reception) in the Social Hall with displays and activities to begin the celebration of Genesis’ 50th Anniversary. We will have a loop of videos and photos, posters displaying reflections on Genesis, the unveiling of the Genesis 50th Anniversary logo, and a special address by Jim Downward, the Genesis president. Join us at the Oneg for food and fellowship as we come together with TBE to celebrate the powerful example of this 50-year partnership between a Christian church and a Jewish synagogue.
